Hello Hildur was founded by Lotta Bergkvist, and is run on a small scale, by one person.

The idea was never to grow fast, or to create seasonal collections.
It was to make well-considered base pieces, clothes meant to be worn often, kept for a long time, and chosen with care.

Most of our fabrics are knitted in Sweden, using organic cotton or similar materials. Production is kept close, not because it is the easiest option, but because it allows for transparency, responsibility, and better decisions along the way.

Building a brand slowly is challenging. It often means saying no to larger volumes, quicker margins, or easier solutions. But for us, not compromising has always mattered more than growing fast.

Hello Hildur is shaped by the belief that sustainability is not a label, but a series of everyday choices. Choices about materials, production, quantities, and pace. When you work on a small scale, those choices become very real.

Our pieces are intentionally simple. They are designed to fit into an existing wardrobe, not replace it. Timeless rather than trend-driven. Made to age, not to expire.
